Election Research Expands to Accommodate 3.5 Million Interactive Voice Response-Speech Recognition (IVRSR) Calls Per Day
Today, Election Research went operational with version 3 of its proprietary software and patented (patents pending) process while at the same time ccAdvertising expanded its equipment and capacity to make 3.5 million Interactive Voice Response – Speech Recognition (IVRSR) calls per day and 5.0 million traditional Advocacy, 30-second “click and plays” calls per day.
“We are excited that our business has expanded to the point where we need to implement this improved and expanded system,” said Gabriel Joseph, President of Election Research.
